This mask system is very versatile.  You get (2) sizes of (2) different cushions, all for one low price.  Our packages come with medium and large.  The cushions included are the nasal pillow cushion and the simple cushion which is like a small nasal mask.  So you get (4) cushions total with the purchase of this mask system.  A third option called the "direct seal" cushion is available on our "accessories" page.
