This mask comes with two sets of pillows, and two simple cushions included.   Other cushions are also available.  You can get the direct seal cushion that fits inside the nostril.   Please see our accessories page for those items. 

Comfort Lite 2 comes with medium and large nasal pillows, and medium and large simple cushions.  We also have small cushions available.
