We put this on our mask page because we want you to see this amazing headgear.  This 4-strap headgear has a built in chin strap.   You do not need to buy separate headgear and chin strap any more!  This all in one unit is very comfortable and works with most 4-point nasal and full face mask systems.  It is fully adjustible so one size fits all.

This advanced headgear is a combination of headgear and chin strap, all in one!  We personally tested this headgear for comfort and ease of use, and found it to be the best we have ever seen.  It is made from soft-stretchable "breathe-o-prene" material that is soft against the skin but holds the mask firmly in place, and lifts the chin to keep the mouth closed.  This truly is a well thought out product.  It will work with all "four-point" masks.  (examples: Comfort Gel, Profile Lite, Comfort Select, Ultra Mirage, and more!)

SLUMBERGEAR headgear is intended for adult patients prescribed continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) and bi-level therapy in hospital, clinic and/or home environments. SLUMBERGEAR with an integrated chin strap is a seamless one-piece accessory intended to secure most "on the face" respiratory devices. This will include but is not limited to CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) nasal masks, full face masks, nasal pillows and cannulas as well as oxygen masks and oxygen cannulas.

What Material or Fabric is Used?

SLUMBERGEAR is comprised of Velcro® and/or Breath-O-Prene™  fabric. The fabric is soft and smooth on the underside and is faced with Velcro® loop, allowing for ease of fit.  The fabric is soft, breathable, light weight, strong and flexible. It has 4-way stretch and does not contain any latex material

How Does the One-Piece Design Work?

Straps located at the top of the head, back of the head/neck and on the chin comprise the sleeve.  This design gently supports the chin while providing maximum stability to the headgear. Velcro® closures on the top of the head and at the back of the head/neck allow the headgear to be adjusted for fit, comfort and stability. 

Forced air and oxygen masks are easily secured to the face of the patient by threading the front straps of the headgear located on the front portion of the sleeve through the corresponding slots of the nasal mask.  The front straps of the headgear are folded back against themselves and secured to the sleeve/base of the headgear with hook Velcro® located at the end of each strap.
