Nasal Masks
A nasal mask system covers the entire nose.  This is the most popular of all cpap mask systems.  Prices vary from $39-179.
If your pressure is above 12cm/H20, we strongly suggest that you call us so we can fit you with a mask that will suit your high pressure needs.  You will be very disappointed if you buy a $50 mask because it will leak constantly.   If your pressure is 12cm/H20 or below, you can usually buy any mask system.  We ALWAYS suggest that you spend your money on a quality mask.  This will determine whether you sleep or toss and turn.   Our profits are the same, so we are not motivated by selling you a higher priced mask.  The higher priced masks just seem to work better.  That is our personal experience.

Nasal Pillow Masks
Nasal pillow masks are the new mask that is available.  We are seeing that many sleep doctors are prescribing these masks now.  The trend is definatly heading in this direction.  Many of these systems come with all sizes of cushions or pillows included, so you do not have to guess at your size.  This is a big plus, especially since you are buying over the internet and are not trying on these masks.  Some of these are "nasal pillow" masks, which the cushion rests gently on the outer tip of the nostral, and some are "direct seal" nasal mask cushions which actually are insterted slightly into the nostral and expand outward to make a seal.  Both of these styles are the new trend in CPAP therapy.

Full Face Masks
The full face mask allows you to breathe thru the nose or the mouth.  Most of these masks cover the entire nose and mouth, but the hybrid mask only covers the mouth and has nasal pillows that direct air up to the nose.  All of these type of masks are not as common, but some people require this type of therapy.  These are great to have as a back up to your nasal mask for those times when you get a cold and cannot breathe thru your nose.  We recommend that everyone have one of these on hand as a back up mask.  Buy now, sleep later!
