Factory Warranty:
Most CPAP machines come with a two or three year manufacturer's warranty. Most warranties do not cover water damage caused from a tipped humidifier. Once a machine has been delivered to the customer, it is not returnable for a refund. Any defective equipment will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Shipping: We ship all of our packages using UPS ground or a similar method to the USA. PLEASE allow 7-14 days for all shipments. We will process your order within 1-3 business days on most orders, and UPS can take up to 6 business days for delivery. We keep your prices down by not sending out tracking information. If you have not received your package(s) within 14 days, then contact us and we will investigate.

No refunds on any electrical device, including any cpap system. Sealed mask refunds are subject to a deduction of our shipping costs incurred by shipping the mask to you. We do not refund shipping charges. We do not accept returns of opened mask systems, or any other item that has been opened. No exceptions!
All Cancelled orders are subject to an administrative fee of $25.
